So I'm following on the wftv live blog, if any of you are on there, doesn't it seem like there is a concerted effort to cheerlead for the defense. Most often in places when there was no point made.

IMO, it looks as if a Live Blog Control group has targeted the WFTV Blog. Right down to them using language the defense team has used in interviews or published deposistions.

Any on else notice?

Back in from work and first of all, I want to say

Congratulations to Kurby. I hope you and baby Nicole are doing well.

Second of all, I am so disappointed at the competency hearing. I was so hoping that Mason had gotten Baez off the trial. It was sort of a letdown when I heard what it was. I only hope it means that Casey is telling the DT that she wants to testify. She seems to think that everybody will believe her lies and I think she is arrogant enough to think that if she tells them instead of JB, the jury will believe her.
