Ok, I somehow got sucked into watching this trial on Friday when I was visiting some family...I cannot watch at work, so I need my DIS buddies to keep me informed, so I then can give the info to my now super curious DH..LOL

Ann Finell (sp?) the fealty penalty lawyer fir KCs team is in courtroom. Motion filed for mistrial based on So Florida decision on death penalty. Per Tony Pipitone on Local 6.

Florida death penalty could be unconstitutional - if so KC DT wants a non-death qualified jury.

Talking heads are not sure if this is issue from Saturday or if this is something new.

DT has also withdrawn their motion to dismiss the trial that they filed to dismiss trial because of prosecutorial mis-conduct over that Dr Rodriguez.

Alrighty then! We have had our baby now lets have our trial. I must admit it is much more pleasant to think of the birth of a welcomed baby than the sadness of the trial story.

Funny the morning preparations. I have pottied and fed 5 dogs. Made the coffee and cut a piece of coffee cake. Now, ready to see if anything happens in court today.

I did not know that story about Lee's past relationship. I would think this family dynamic would certainly mess up one's relationship radar. That was painful to read.

My ultrasound at 6 1/2 months showed my son weighed 6 lbs. At birth (2 days late) he was almost 11 1/2 lbs. Weight's not a good indication of whether a baby is premature.

I know the pic you are talking about. Who takes a pic of your child like that? There is justice for this little girl coming. I know its hard to see it coming but it is. Hopefully we will all get some answers tomorrow. Try to get some sleep. Will talk with everyone tomorrow.

We took pictures of our kids if one was crying. Real life. I wouldn't run to get the camera tho for that reason. But I remember one picture we took at the end of the day on Christmas, and middle child was having a meltdown.
