It wasn't just that she wanted to "party", but more that she wanted to be free to do whatever she pleased.

But would a mother deliberately kill her child just so she could be free? It would have been so easy for Cindy and George to take legal guardianship of Caylee. Does Casey hate her parents so much that she'd kill her baby before she'd let them take custody of Caylee?

I really think it was an accident, not necessarily a drowning, but chloroforming her to keep her asleep so Casey can party. And the chloroform and maybe the heat in the car killed her. Casey panicked, made it into a kidnapping and her defense team lead her to include Cindy, George and even Lee just to throw the focus off Casey.

I don't think I could vote premeditated murder.

They should call in John Edwards or Sylvia Brown, the people who can "talk to the dead". Not legal in court naturally, but just for everyone to know either way.

I think yes.

But what was pointed out to me. . .and really stuck. The duct tape on Caylee was in her hair. . .3 pieces. That is not an accident. . .that is rage. Just take for a second and imagine putting duct tape over a toddlers face. . .3 pieces. . . and some of it being in her hair. The fact that some of it was totally in her hair. . .shows anger. Would you ever in a million years, even if you were mad enough to put duct tape on your 3yr old. . .put it all in their hair? Uh... no! Because you know that trying to take it out would be hell. That is why it was put on with the idea of not ever having to be removed, in my eyes.

Read up on Susan Smith and Diane Downs. In the latter case, she was willing to try and kill her kids to be w/a man she was 'in love with', ended up killing one. She's one cold witch.

I'm not sure I caught that right. If so, somebody misconstrued the truth on the stand. If not, oops, clearly I wasn't catching everything correctly.

Yes she said after as Caylee was born a month early. There is alot going on. Everyone is sitting on piins and needles for tomorrow. How are you? I didnt think I had seen you post for a while.

Didnt somewhere in her testimony say that Caylee was a primie? Because that would be a big lie looking at the picture of Caylee in Caseys arms. This family lies so much. Pitiful.

Yea, I do believe that was another lie from Casey. I don't believe she was early because most babies that I know who were born a month early weighed in around 4 pounds.

I have got to get some sleep so I can get up early to watch the trial. Even my kids want me to wake them up early for this, and it's their summer vacation! This summer will be known as the Summer of the CA Trail!

Kurby, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope everything is going well for you and your sweet baby. Update us when you have some time.

I was looking those up earlier and reading them. Its so hard to understand what these women are really thinking. It is so sad and I dont know about alot of you but I am sure doing my share of crying.

You aren't the only one that has been crying. Crying for Susan Smith's and Diane Downs children and especially for Caylee.

There is a picture that Casey took of Caylee crying that haunts me every time I see it . I pray every day that there is justice for Caylee.

I know the pic you are talking about. Who takes a pic of your child like that? There is justice for this little girl coming. I know its hard to see it coming but it is. Hopefully we will all get some answers tomorrow. Try to get some sleep. Will talk with everyone tomorrow.

Don't know if anyone's posted this link or not, but WOW. Casey finally shows some genuine emotion. ANGRY

I can't watch the video..but if it is the same one I saw, it was during a side bar while Cindy was testifying about the baby shower. If same video--notice how quickly Casey shuts it off when Baez turns around. Scary indeed!
