Wow, an inmate who was with Casey Anthony had had a child who drowned, found by the child's grandfather (who called 911), but the child died. Weird story...didn't catch it all. Have to rewind during a commercial.

Baez just loves the sound of his own voice . I can't stand when someone is publicly speaking and says "uhh" constantly. They had a copy of this hard drive for how long?? The defense stated what happened on June 16, 2008 in the opening statements, the hard drive information contradicts that.

I am so SICK of Baez talking over people, especially the judge. It is so disrespectful.

you were given then hard drive - you knew the dates. it isn't that hard to have YOUR OWN computer guy go through the hd and pick out stuff that was accessed on JUNE 16th.

Baez said he specifically said in opening statements that the exact hour of Caylee's death was unknown. What he actually said was ""Early morning hours the exact time is not known...it could have been early afternoon...early morning...actually it was the early morning hours". Sure hates to tie himself down, doesn't he? So Casey doesn't remember what time her child died? OR...does Baez not want to commit to facts that can be disputed?

This is hilarious, Baez brings up the court order about needing to provide reports when it might help HIM. He withholds reports or doesn't ask experts to write reports when it is supposed to be supplied to the defense.

The hard drive information is NOT new evidence. I swear he is is purposely doing things to get a mistrial.

I don't know...it all happened so fast! LOL I'm going to rewind and re-watch. At some point, I'll post the link to the testimony when WFTV posts it. I don't think they post the raw video continuously throughout the day, do they?
