April was arrested on April 24, 2011 (transportation violation) and went to the Orange County Jail, here is a link of that mugshot:

Everyone said if that is what happened to Caylee why wait 3 years to say it? Well looks like Casey didn't have the drowning story to use until April of this year.

She looks even worse in that mug shot.

Ahhhhh...very interesting.

Sonny Hostin thinks Ashton is being too much of a bully to the bug guy and the plant lady. Like Baez didn't lay into prosecution witnesses? How "sweet" is anyone supposed to be? Again...she says Ashton came too close to beating up the church garden lady. It's a trial, not a church meeting. Geez.

According to people I am following on twitter Yuri Melich and the supposed mistress are in the "holding area" so they could be testifying soon.

Baez just said he poorly worded a question and wanted to rephrase. He is ridiculous, shouldn't he have an idea of how he wants to phrase questions by now???

Well hopefully the jury will remember Baez's opening statement that it is junk science and they will be hearing about science fiction. So he is delivering science fiction. How can they believe him?

Missed most of the morning coverage (but did see JA's cross of the plant lady ). Just tuned back in to InSession, and Casey Jordan said that on her FB page, people were saying that the plant lady came across like Aunt Clara from Bewitched!

I think he just can't testify about certain issues yet.

Is the court reporter REALLY getting all his testimony down? It sounds like a neat job, but I'd be in a panic about catching everything. Accents make me nervous anyway...I have a fear of having to ask someone with an accent "excuse me??" several times and then having to just give a reply that might fit...like a vague smile and a nod.

But Aunt Clara was much cuter. And would have readily agreed with both sides. (I loved Aunt Clara! I miss Bewitched...it's on at 4:30, but so's the trial!)

Linda Kenney Baden (as well as her esteemed husband ) has been all over the TV knocking the prosecution's case and calling all of their scientific evidence "junk science". I wonder what she will say about the touch DNA guy's conclusions.

Many people think that is the case. That either the trial would get overturned or his incompetence could lead to a mistrial and they are hoping the state of FL would offer a good plea deal instead of retrying the case.
