She does it at 3:45 as well, but for not quite as long. I think she absolutely did it on purpose. She never wipes the other eye (the one away from the camera) that way. In fact she doesn't wipe the other eye as much at all.

I noticed that too. Funny all those tears come mostly out of one eye. I just see she is so "distraught" she needs a sweater or blanket (I can't tell which it is) now.

Anyone else having a problem with WESH? It keeps pixelating then the little circle timer thing pops up in the middle then it goes to a gray screen and starts the process all over again.

I switched over to the Sentinal coverage but I like WESH because of the Casey cam

Guys, please help me catch up with this bc I'm a little confused. I confess I haven't read all these posts and I did post this question on another thread about Caley but here goes again: Were there also searches for chloroform on her boyfriend's computer? Didn't he have some strange date rape kind of photo that said something like Win her Over with Chloroform? Could the defense use that as why she was searching for chloroform? Does anyone think that possibly he could have something do with it, that is so strange to me that he had that photo. That was her boyfriend correct? I'm also lost with why she came out with now saying the baby drowned in the pool and how this ties into finding her in the woods, is she saying the father did that? put her in the woods and put duct tape? Is it bc they think the guy that found her moved here there, but then where did he find her? I'm really confused now. They don't have as much about it on the TV where I live as other places or maybe I'm just missing it.

She searched about 80 times. I don't think it would be credible that she searched that many times due to his photo.

At this point, they have indicated that her father helped her dispose of the body. After that, it gets very fuzzy regarding what they're trying to insinuate because, obviously, duct tape and drowning don't really go together, do they?

The evidence showed that the plant growth, etc. in and around the body plus the state of the clothing, etc. indicated that the body had not been moved since it was placed there in June and that the scene was not staged.

He had a picture that said Win her over with Chloroform. There were no searches of any kind based on cholorform on his computer. Could the defense use it? Yeah, sure, at this point, they will use anything. Although, the computer forensics expert shows the searches were more than just searches about that pic.

Many say that pic might have given Casey the idea, but the boyfriend is not implicated at all. Now, this boyfriend was Ricardo not Tony. Tony was the boyfriend she had at the time Caylee went missing (or killed)

The defense came out to say that the baby drowned in the backyard pool. That George Anthony yelled at her and because they didn't want Cindy to go all postal, they covered it up . Now, the defense really hasn't said much about HOW or WHO hid the body. I figure they are leaving that explanation open as they see how the trial progresses.

And yes, the guy who eventually found her, Roy Kronk, is being thrown under the bus by the defense, saying he found and hid the body. Why? For the reward... How and if it makes sense.. NOPE...

How she got from the Anthony house to the woods has not been explained by the defense.

Hi everybody! I just can't turn away like all of you here...I just wanted to quickly ask because I can't read all the posts right now:

Did everyone notice that when George Anthony was being asked about molesting Casey, that SHE was shaking her head no?

Casey is a sick individual and I'm afraid they'll change her plea to insanity, can they do that this late in the trial?

I think that the she did drug Caylee for whatever reason she had and then gave her too much and she either died accidentally or intentionally and then Casey ductaped her mouth and disposed of her then to make it look as though she had been kidnapped. Then put her in the yard at first to bury her and drove around with her in the trunk before going to the woods.

I don't think Casey ever thought that this would come close to her and made up the nanny knowing they would not find this person ever and that they wouldn't be able to prove it was her....but to quote her: "surprise, surprise!". I think the defense got the drowning idea from the jail tapes. I don't think Cindy could cover up Caylee drowning at all.

No loving mother could be sitting in that courtroom listening to her daughter's remains being found and the pics being shown without completely breaking down in uncontrollable grief and agony - like Cindy did when they were playing the 911 tape - I don't buy her drizzling tears at all. She's crying because she's been found out, not for the death and loss of her daughter. Cold, cold, cold...

What will that be about?

Dr. G was about state an opinion as to manner of death (ie. homicide, natural causes, etc.). Without any physical evidence to say that it is a homicide, the defense does not want her to say that the manner of death was homicide. Thus, they were talking it over and the judge will decide if Dr. G can make the statement.

By the way, it was crazy this morning outside the courtroom. Over 100 people showed up to get tickets for the gallery. Three ladies tried to cut in line. It caused a physical altercation. One woman fell and they had to call paramedics. The police had to step in to calm thing down. The line cutters were ejected. Sounding more and more like a day at WDW!

"Kelly" is being interviewed by Ryan Smith on InSession. She was in the courtroom yesterday. She said that yesterday was more civil in line...that no one knew what was going to go on in the courtroom with the testimony yesterday and she was just "lucky enough to be able to be there and see those images." Ew. Then she LOL'd at the video of her running, ****s abouncing. Okaaaayyyy.

And now we're going to hear about what Kelly saw in the images in the courtroom. Was the person on Dr Drew "Kelly"? She's got herself a new career.
