Dr. G. says homicide of undetermined means based on 3 things:

1. Child not being reported missing immediately.
2. Body was hidden.
3. Bodies found in containers.

She went on to mention use of duct tape on face. There's no reason for a child to have duct tape on face before or after death but have seen that in homicide cases.

This is all based on her observations of past homicides and patterns that they see.
