Why would there be blood splatter around a pool if someone drowned in it?
That is what I was thinking too.

Me too, I think he's very fair, but yes, I know what ya mean, maybe he has a slight speech impediment.
"There could be hair in the pool." Ya Think??? Caylee swam in that pool constantly!![]()
I know...I cringe sometimes. But it's part of his charm.I like this Judge, I really do...but some of the words that come out of his mouth...![]()
So Baez is POd that they didn't investigate this situation as an ACCIDENT, when his whole defense of Casey took THREE YEARS to come up with an accident scenario?
I know...I cringe sometimes. But it's part of his charm. He's like a Teddy Bear! Unless of course you have an outburst in court, and then he's just a Bear.

I wish I had the memory of Judge Perry.... he knows every case in FL. Law...
Why didn't Judge Perry slap Baez's hand for continuing with that questioning after the prosecutor's objection had been sustained? Baez will push the envelope as long as the judge allows him to. And actually, even if he doesn't.I like this Judge, I really do...but some of the words that come out of his mouth...![]()
I love how the defense, as part of their questioning of witnesses, constantly points out what a liar Casey is. LOL
Wow this is kind of intense between these two. If I had just tuned in to this and didn't know Baez was the defense lawyer, I would think he was on the prosecution right now with the way he is talking about his client!
I think we're seeing the same thing!I love how the defense, as part of their questioning of witnesses, constantly points out what a liar Casey is. LOL
