Me too, I think he's very fair, but yes, I know what ya mean, maybe he has a slight speech impediment.

I think it's just normal Southern (or Floridian) dialect. Still, hearing it 10 times in a row makes me cringe a little.

I like this Judge, I really do...but some of the words that come out of his mouth...

I know...I cringe sometimes. But it's part of his charm. He's like a Teddy Bear! Unless of course you have an outburst in court, and then he's just a Bear.

No kiddin' 'n I would think that's evidence that suggests Casey is guilty of obstruction.

Why didn't Judge Perry slap Baez's hand for continuing with that questioning after the prosecutor's objection had been sustained? Baez will push the envelope as long as the judge allows him to. And actually, even if he doesn't.

Wow this is kind of intense between these two. If I had just tuned in to this and didn't know Baez was the defense lawyer, I would think he was on the prosecution right now with the way he is talking about his client!
