Casey Anthony NOT GUILTY & Sentencing Thread 6

Good for them. I think if I was a volunteer I might be tempted to file some kind of small claims suit for the time I spent looking for a "non" missing child due to Bozo's opening statement.

I actually don't even care if they get any money really..I just want Casey tied in in court and legal fees and whatever else they can throw at her for as long as they can so her "bella vita" is really really "bella miserable"

Thats it right there. Of course it would be great if the real Zenaida Gonzalez wins a lawsuit against
Casey or if Tim Miller wins one, but the secondary plus is that win or lose, Casey will be running up
a huge amount of legal fees defending herself against these suits, fees that can't be written off to a
public defender.

Of course, they believed the garbage story, a cadaver dog was wrong too, ? :confused3 Dumb jury sorry.

That is what is so maddening with the defense team They are supposedly intelligent people and still espousing the ridiculous stories. I can not believe the lack of understanding of working cadaver dogs either. Is there lead in the water? Why was so much "makes sense" information overlooked for "shut the front door" stories?

Came back to get caught up since this afternoons presser.

First I saddened to read that TES was only going to sue for $15,000--Heck that would've barely covered the ATV that was lost during the search due to the flooding!

Then I read they're going after the total amount!!
Awesome! Wishing Tim the best of luck!

Now about witness tampering. I heard them say that at the presser and I have to say it took me a little to remember what it could be about then went and dug thru my comp files to see what I had on it.

There is either 2 or 3 tampering cases being looked into by OCSO in relation to tampering based on the case numbers I have.

It centers around Laura Buchanan who had volunteered with TES. While on searches she said she was LE and had a gun(the LE part was false but other searchers swear she had a gun)

She contacted a whole slew of participants in this case mainly JB and CA. She took a TES search form that was supposed to be turned in and altered it. She changed the search area on the form to show that they had searched the area where Caylee was found(was originally behind the school and J Blanchard Park). She forged searchers names on the form. And tried to get these same searchers to lie saying they had searched that area.

You guys remember Brad Conway right? He was CA and GA attorney after Mark Nejame dumped them. Well when he quit he said it was because of possibly being called as a witness in another case. Well it was this case he was referring to.

JB contacted BC on numerous occasions inregard to LB. JB even straight out lied to the judge in open court about BC and his knowledge of TES documents. JB kept trying to get BC to go to Nejames office to look for specific documents and BC basically blew him off which if the chips fall like they seem to be it was a good thing.

JB and CA had contact with LB from September 08. Which makes me wonder why LB was so important to them way back then when Caylees remains weren't found there till December 08.

If Casey were pimping her out and wasn't there when she died, why would she lie about the Nanny and create the accidental drowning? Why wouldn't she just say "Oh, so-and-so was with her and that's when it happened."?

That theory makes no sense! We all know Casey wouldn't have sat a second in that prison cell if she could've blamed someone else for the murder. We all know how she loves to throw people under the bus. No way she wouldn't be naming names ...

Plus the fact that the duct tape, blanket and laundry bag came from the Anthony house

I know, it ticks me off how they believe that BS, maybe I watch too much forensic files I always had, the state presented all the evidence and experts and they believe the trash version :sad2: I don't know how many times my DH forgets to take the trash to the dump station and it does smell bad like trash but never like a death body or death animal, and dogs are train to the cadaver smell not trash. The believed the George Anthony evil theories too, but all the lies coming out of KC's mouth ? The more they talk the more stupid they look. Now they want us the feel bad for them, well I don't, they let a killer walk.

Did ya see the report on AC 360? The juror excusing herself and saying she is in so much pain, well too bad.

I read a blog on the huffington post a couple of days ago about a volunteer, he said that he was there with the search group and remember that they search very close to where the body was found, he stated that he was suppose to testify but the defense didn't call him at the end, he was dismissed or whatever is called. It kills me that they search all over the place except for that place knowing how close the place is to the house. He said that it was underwater therefore they didn't go to that spot, it was during hurricane Ike.

See, that just doesn't make sense to me. I live in a pretty soggy area of the country, and yes, when they are searching for someone, they dredge around in the wet spots too. . .even send divers in to bigger bodies of water. Why wouldn't they muck around in what sounds like a large puddle?

I considered that theory for about 2 seconds, b/c WHY would LE help cover up a porn ring? She has been harping on that scenario for a while now and even predicted Casey would be acquitted.

http://www.patriotledger.com/opinions/x1459481866/WENDY-MURPHY-Why-Casey-Anthony-will-be-acquitted

She claims Casey may not even have been there when she died, since she was pimping her out.

But, again, why would this be covered up for a 'regular' murder trial? I don't see a reason.

Yeah. . .I was reading that too. It's interesting to ponder, but like you, it took me about 2 mins to put it in the tin foil hat file. It just doesn't make any logical sense.

Here's another article by her. She's pretty far out there.

Absolutely! They had drained ponds when looking for people or weapons! Also looks like the jury were focus on George and not on KC, he was not charge with anything, they defense didn't proved anything of their allegations against George, so why they didn't think about that? Well they didn't prove drowning, they didn't prove anything about abuse, so why taking that in consideration over the evidence, Casey's videos, her interviews when she was fixing her hair, her nails, HELLO!!!!! Why they didn't take her lack of care for her child, the no emotions over the make believe crap!! It makes me so angry!

I can partially answer this one for you. There was a couple of reasons.

They lost an ATV in the "large puddle"

Tim was afraid that if Caylees remains were under the water they wouldn't be able to see them and people walking/horses hoofs/ATV wheels coming down on the remains would push them under ground making the search for her that much harder.

That make senses

That makes sense. Do you know if they went down there with the cadaver dogs? I know that some are trained specifically for water searches.

ETA-It's probably a moot point anyway. It sounds like from this witness tampering stuff that they really didn't search that area anyway. Am I understanding that right?

Some crack pot named Wendy Murphy is on VP and she said that there were a lot of photos of Caylee that were sealed and that she believes that Casey was pimping out Caylee for kiddie porn.

Is she basing this on photos she's never seen? What is her story? She seems like a kook!

BTW -- I wish HLN would stop with the "Breaking News Casey Anthony" stuff. It's very annoying!

Wendy Murphy is from the Boston area and she really isn't a crack pot so if she says that then I would think there is something there. They claim that there are no sealed photos but who knows.

I turned AC off as soon as she came on, who knows how much CNN paid her. I've already formed my conclusion to what the jury did or didn't do and from everything that has already been said I think they all need to just be quiet....

The only thing I heard while grabbing for the remote was that when she got back people were upset with her, I grabbed the remote pretty fast.... So AC lost the ratings of at least one viewer for the rest of his show....

Right, I heard him say that in an interview.

I don't know about water trained cadaver dogs, but I don't think so. This was after a hurricane and a lot of areas were flooded. I don't think it would have been practical to use those dogs in that situation.

In the interview I heard, Tim said that they actually did search in that area in the parts that weren't flooded. Caylee's remains were in the flooded part.

From Twitter, the user JodiO1975 asked Alyssa Milano "Would you ever consider playing Casey Anthony in a movie?" Her answer:

Alyssa_Milano

No! Not even if it were the last job on the planet.

You know I have been thinking about the Wendie Murphy remarks and the kiddy porn thing and I think it may hold some water. WHERE did KC go for two years during the day? WHERE was Cayleewhen she worked at Universal? And as far as her parents were concerned how did Casey PAY for a nanny?

Wendie is a very strong child advocate and I just don't see her making something like this up. I always think where did Casey get the money she had even if it is just for the tatoo on her back That had to be a couple of hundred. I know she stole checks but to buy clothes, go to clubs, mani/pedi, gas for the car and on and on. HOW much could she steal from her mother before her mother closed the account and find a way to shut her off? Something is wrong here. No one ever discussed where the money came from it could not all have been from her parents.

YWHERE did KC go for two years during the day?

She didn't need to go anywhere. She told her friends that she worked "events" and worked different hours, sometimes days and sometimes nights. She told her parents the same thing. So she left the house and then just came back after her parents went to work or she hung out with friends. She was leaving Caylee with Lauren Gibbs for the first 8 months of Caylee's life. She stopped babysitting when she discovered that Casey was not employed. Jesse Grunds parents also babysat. Casey often went home after her parents left and played on the internet, slept or whatever while her parents were gone. Then when her parents came home she could either tell them she was working that night (if she had plans with friends) Her friends never knew when Casey had to work. She could tell them anything.
WHERE was Cayleewhen she worked at Universal? And as far as her parents were concerned how did Casey PAY for a nanny?
She didn't work anywhere after Caylee was born. She stole thousands of dollars from her family (parents and grandparents) and used their credit cards. Her parents probably thought most of Casey's paycheck was going towards paying for a nanny. I'm sure they weren't surprised that she was broke all the time since themeparks don't pay very much anyway. After paying babysitting there wouldn't be much money left over.

I'm convinced that almost everyday that her parents were at work, she went back home, sometimes with Caylee if she couldn't get the Grunds or Lauren to babysit.

HOW much could she steal from her mother before her mother closed the account and find a way to shut her off? Something is wrong here. No one ever discussed where the money came from it could not all have been from her parents.

I am sure that they knew she was stealing but Cindy enabled Casey. She covered for her whenever possible. When George did inadvertantly find out something, he was told to back off as were Lee. Casey also borrowed money from her grandmother and stole money out of her grandfather's nursing home account. I think when her grandparents realized she was stealing from them also and confronted Cindy, then Cindy finally got angry at Casey. I think that was soon after the Father's Day visit. Both Lee and Jesse said Casey had a big fight with Cindy the night before Caylee "went missing." I think everything was coming down on Casey around that time. Cindy was finally going to try "Tough Love" with her and may have even threatened to get custody of Caylee. Cindy was seeing a therapist at that time and seemed to be trying to stop enabling her.

They said that CNN doesn't pay for interviews, but who knows, she is the same juror that was on GMA :rolleyes1 the more they talk the worse for them, she keeps asking for the smoking gun, the "aha" piece of evidence that we all know but apparently they don't that its not necessary to convict, they had plenty but anyway, yes, they need to hush.

She told Gary that they didn't believed the sexual abuse, that it was no proven and it was a very nasty picture they painted of George, also they didn't believed the drowning theory, it was no prove at all and that it was the State obligation to give them proof and they didn't. Same thing. popcorn::

Just checking in. I've been reading but I'll be ready to post in Sunday when ICA is (supposedly) released. (She may have been released already, but we shall see.) Looking forward to rejoining this thread, and appreciating all the info you peeps are sharing!!!!!!
