After 2 days of being in isolation from being transferred to
Scarborough general from mount Sinai, i walk into the nicu this morning and told she can come into the parent care room (a private room) with me for the day. AND that if she gains weight (she had lost 40 grams over 2 days) then she could come home as early as.......Wednesday, her due date*

It would mean that tomorrow I would spend the night with her in the parent room and we'd be discharged Wednesday . Exciting*

I think one scenario is her lawyer has her shacked up somewhere or some poor sappy male who fell for her lies and beauty. She may go into some kind of witness protection program type thing bc she won't ever live a normal life and that itself is some kind of punishment.

I know I was thinking she and Jose were having a little tryst. As I said I think the ultimate irony would be that Casey would be preg with Jose's kid. Wonder what he would do in that case.

I thought JB's wife was pregnant. If so, I can't believe he is putting FCA and $$$$ ahead of his child. I guess they really are alike.

She certainly not eligible for the Federal Witness Protection program. It is very expensive to live the kind of secluded life she needs to live. Gated homes, chauffeur driven vehicles, bodyguards, all that costs a lot. Baez isn't taking care of her now out of the goodness of his heart, he's waiting on a payday. So she does a book or tv interview and gets a little money, it won't be enough to keep her hidden for long. I predict that once whatever money she gets is blown through (which won't take long) she will be back in George and Cindy's house.

I'm willing to bet very big bucks that Casey isn't anywhere near their child. I believe he has put her up somewhere where he can keep tabs on her but I am certain he is keeping her far away from his wife, child and unborn baby.

My gut tells me she isn't in FL anymore. I think Jose will have a very hard time controlling Casey. She is going to start getting antsy any day now and she will want to head out. If she was in FL, I think he could lose her very easily because she knows the area and could find her way around. She also has some connections here (yep, there are still some scum bags that will support her). If she is in another state that she isn't familiar with and doesn't have any old friends to connect with and old stomping grounds to hang in, he may be able to keep the leash on her a little longer. Just speculating on my part, though.

* I should add, while I think Jose is orchestrating her whereabouts, I don't think he is staying with her. I'm sure he is dropping in for a quicky and to update her on their future millions, though.

Thrilled to hear she's progressing nicely. If she does get to come home Wed on her due date, I think she deserves TWO birthdays in the future!

I have to say I'm really surprised Casey's trail has gone cold for so long. I thought she would have been tracked down by now.

My personal feeling is that she's either on Geraldo's boat or someplace in the Bahamas. I'm leaning toward Geraldo's boat because he's DYING to get the first interview and I think he'd let her stay on his boat if he thought he'd get a leg up on the competition. I'm leaning toward the Bahamas simply because that's where Cindy and George went on vacation but I'm hesitant because I don't think Casey has a passport needed to leave the country.

Anyone else have predictions?

Geraldo said his boat currently sits on a mooring under the George Washington Bridge in New York Harbor in plain view of hundreds of thousands of commuters every day...

I'm convinced those who didn't care before, don't care enough to watch an interview/read her book now. And those of us who DID follow the case are aware she can't/won't add anything we don't already know via public docs.

Only reason I check in now & again is to see the next stupid move by KC, DT & the Ant's (limo/chartered flight to Bahamas & atty spokesman? Bad idea if one is starting a non-profit).

If my occasional clicking on links lead the media to think I'll pay in some way for an interview or books, they're guessing wrong.

OT, that MA story of the baby is heartbreaking. I, too, don't know what the heck is going on these days. Anyone following the Baby Kate abduction in MI?? This also sounds hinky to me:
