Just returned from our pre Christmas (Dec 17-23) visit. We used Cartier again despite a few bad posts. Kalim was waiting for us at the airport - handsome, professional and pleasant as always. We had also request a car for just one day to take us to Universal. Joe promptly picked us up and smoothly got us to Universal. He then explained where to wait for our return pick up. Despite me changing our pick up time this was no problem for Kalim who promptly arrived. When I heard that the terror alert had been raised I called to have us picked up early for our airport return. Kalim calmly reassured me it would be alright and I had plenty of time. I am so, so very glad I listened to him. We breezed thru the airport security and still had a LOT of extra time to kill. Glad I did not go earlier. So, we will return in April. Cartier remains our number 1 choice.

Thanks for the post! I'm glad to hear everything went well and went smoothly. We have them booked again for our trip in March.
