carlos n charlies from NCL dock vs Carnival dock

How far did it move from where it was in Dec? Am I correct that they just moved downstairs?
My friend went to Carlos when they cruised on NCL. We went to Carlos after they moved when we cruised last week. Was Carlos n Charlies that much farther down for the Carnival dock than it was from the NCL dock?

no matter where it has moved to, it is a must. we went last year from the carnival dock and it is a HOOT! Try a shot from one of ladies walking around.
