What number are you calling? The same number to book a trip? Gonna be there soon and would love to request one!!

You can call the main reservation line and have a request for a fridge added to your reservation.

Just curious, if you request a fridge, I know it's not guaranteed, but will it take away from your others like building, floor, etc?

Shame we probably won't have a refurbed room or a queen bed (Yay!), but oh well. We'll see what the bounceback offer is! I think we're going to love CBR, hopefully enough to choose it for 2015 too, as I actually really like the new rooms.

That's good to know.

Regarding 1st and 2nd floor. I'm thinking first, I'll have a 4 yo and 14 mo. Can you really "hear" a lot from the floor above?

We have always requested and got 2nd floor, but my parents always request 1st floor and have had no complaints. They said they have never heard any noise from up above.

We stayed there with a 6yo and 3yo (both the 3yo and I are light sleepers), had a first floor room. The only noise we heard was from the room NEXT to us, not above... :)

I will be renting a double city mini and wanted first floor, but wasn't sure about the noise level. I'd rather make two trips and have a good nights sleep.

Thanks for the responses!

Will be staying here for the Marathon in Jan. I've heard there were issues on the bus schedule being slower due to the size of the property and skipping stops due to crowding. To avoid any issues with waiting on a bus to get to our building with a possible late race arrival in the morning, which building do the buses first stop? The main lobby? Regardless of which building they put us in we're willing to easily walk 10+minutes if it means avoiding not being late for the race.

Although I've never stayed CBR with kids, I've been there plenty of times with my INSANE light sleeper wife. :lmao: We usually stayed 1F and she never once had a problem with noise and she wakes up to anything.

Most of the buses do not stop at the lobby (Customs House) at all. Only the ones marked "Internal Resort Shuttle" do that.

On buses arriving from/heading to Epcot, DHS, or AK, Jamaica is the first stop. They circle around and end up at Trinidad South, from which they leave. Jamaica-Aruba-Barbados-Martinique-Port Royale-Trinidad North-Trinidad South.

We have a 8:15am reservation at Ohana- what is the easiest way to get there this early in the morning?
Other ADR is at HS at 8:10am, thinking the bus is safe for that one? I've only stayed at WDW once so I have no concept of how often the buses leave and the approx time to allow to resorts & DTD.

Get a bus to MK about 7am. Then take the monorail or boat to the Poly.
