When we transfered to our Disney cruise last year, we used a car transfer service in order to pay cheaper than a taxi from MCO to Port Carnaveral. Do you know if this exists for a transfer to the ORlando downtown area?

Car services will take you wherever you need to go (within reason). Florida Tours sponsors this board and you can get to their site from a link above. You may need to call them to get a quote for MCO to downtown Orlando and to book the transfer, but they certainly will do it. We also have used Tiffany Towncar and been satisfied.
