I'm really hoping they put out the price/restaurant info before next week...

Question, I'm assuming we'll have to call for this ADR right? Would be so much easier to do online...

Oh trust me, he won't see me on the phone. I was hoping to do it in the car on my way so I could keep from being nervous, but as it turns out we have to be at the hospital at 6:15, so I will just wait until he is in surgery so that I can keep my mind off it. I doubt it will work, but don't worry, Jack comes first, and if I can't be on the phone that's fine, I'm sure it can wait till later on in the day. I realize my original post probably didn't convey the right message, but even CPP booking doesn't trump being there for my son!

I know exactly how you feel. My DS had a bone tumor on his scapula when he was 4. Waiting for that surgery was torture for me. I am so happy that you will have something to distract you while your baby is in surgery. Please let us know how he is doing. I'll say a prayer for your family.

I'm sorry if this has already been asked. Do you have to pay for the CP package when you book it or do they just take your credit card as a guarantee?

Gee, come on Disney...it's now less than 72 hours before you begin taking reservations for the CPPs and still no details posted for 2010?

I'm set on what I want. We know the narrator we want and his website still shows that he will be doing the CP on the same days as originally announced for this year. I have my preferences for restaurant but will accept any of 4. I want a week night that is not holiday time. We'll be on DxDP so I don't expect any surprises on slight OOP price changes to affect us.

I called this morning and talked to a very nice and helpful CM who was incredulous that the info for this year was not posted anywhere. She gave me everything that I needed, so here goes….

If you are on the Dining Plan the CP Package is 2 Table Service Credits


Package includes:

Appetizer, Entree, Dessert, non alcoholic beverage (but NOT specialty non alcoholic beverages) or Full Buffet at any restaurant that is buffet service, guaranteed seating for CP, and preferred viewing area for Illuminations (I asked where it is but CM did not know)

I only asked about narrators for the week of 12/4-12/11 so she gave me what is posted already: Did not ask about other dates.

12/7-12/9 Jodi Benson

The shows are at 5pm, 6:45pm and 8:15pm

If you go to the 5pm show you will be eating lunch on the package; reservations for lunch are made between 1:45pm and 2:45pm assuming you have 90 minutes to eat.

If you are going to the 6:45pm show you will be eating dinner with reservations between 3:30pm and 4:30pm; assuming you have 90 minutes to eat.

If you are going to the 8:15pm show you will be eating dinner with reservations between 5pm and 6pm; assuming you have 90 minutes to eat..

She said there is no tier system this year. The following is the pricing info.

For the following restaurants the prices are as follows:

Lunch $38.99 adults/$12.99 child (ages 3-9)
Dinner $46.99/$15.99

San Angel Inn
Restaurant Marrakesh
Rose & Crown

Thank you, dadschum. Although she said there is no tier system this year, the different prices for the different groups of restaurants is just what the tier system was last year, with small price increases in most categories. It is good to have verified that the same restaurants will be included this year.

I also just noticed from your post that specialty non-alcoholic drinks have been excluded this year. Disney has saved themselves another $3-4 there.

hmm... I hope they do put it on-line. That would probably make it so much easier for those who have to rush to work.
