Canceling on board placeholder

On out last Alaska cruise we booked a placeholder. We won’t be able to cruise before the expiry dates. Do we call DCL or our travel agent to get the deposit back? When we placed our placeholder it was assigned to our TA. None of the documents that I can find tell me who to call. Thanks
