It's hard though isn't it?
First you have to get the blowtorch out to cut through the ice.
Then you have to get a pickaxe to chisel out a hole for the flower.
Then you plant it and it dies in less than a day.

I'm starting to wonder if it's really worth it.

Worked days and mids plus Elle had another 4 days of dance competition.

Yes horrid day. Nothing is going right. Being on the internet in this state - not too smart. Most days now with all this I just trudge through because what can you do? I have to stay steady for them and for me. But today something shifted and it's tough. It's been so many years now losing mom slowly with dementia - 13. And with brother/father and the ugly disease, well I just feel done.

But tomorrow is another day. Thank goodness. Thank you for your thoughts. Much appreciated. .
