50+ kids and chaperones flying in for a choir trip to WDW, staying at ASMu. Can we ride ME?

I don't see why not....I would however contact ME and let them know your total number so they can make the arrangement for transportation for your size group.

Yes. Anyone staying on site can ride DME. IF they need to, they will bring a second bus. Our HS baseball team (coaches, players, and chaperones) stayed at the All Stars and were able to take DME.

Thanks so much for the replies! It's good to know, as we are on a tight budget and all of a sudden someone started talking about needing a private charter to/from the airport - I thought to myself "Hmmm...I'll just check on the DIS!"
