Can you sell part of your DVC membership?

If you have 300 points and wanted to sell half of them are you allowed to do that?

If they are 1 contract, you could only sell the whole thing. If I had to do it all over again, I would have split my 250 points into 150 and 100, that way I could sell off one if I had to.
