When I pull up my reservation it says you can, but when I switch the dates it seems to be asking for another deposit. I'm going to call, but for future reference is it possible to modify online?

i have never modified my room rate online.

i always call to modify and then receive a confirming email to show the change.

It's easier to call. :thumbsup2

I've only ever modified online and never had a problem. I always first book at SMSM rates and modify when the APH rates are released. It's very easy and you immediately receive an email confirmation. Your initial deposit is carried over; no other charges are incurred.

I guess I'm used to calling. That is the only way for YouFirst members to get the upgrades. Plus being a FL resident, AP holder, and Platinum member there are lots of options.

So even though it looks like you'll be charged again your actually not? Since I'm moving first night from a Thursday to a Sat I will owe some money. I haven't called yet since I haven't decided yet. I may try to do it online just to see if it works. If I do I'll let you guys know if it works out.
