Can you make a ressie before closing is completed?

Hi everyone,

We just purchased BLT on January 30 and it obviously hasn't closed yet. Can we make a reservation using our regular points now (NOT the DP; and the reservation would be within our window), or do we have to wait until closing, as our account right now says we have no bankable points?

Yes, as long as you are in the DVC system (and you are if you've paid a deposit) you can already make reservations.

Yes, as long as you are in the DVC system (and you are if you've paid a deposit) you can already make reservations.

And you stay (no matter which DVC resort you choose) has to begin on or after the day BLT opens. For example, you can't use your BLT points to make a reservation at the VWL for May, even though May is less than 7 months away.
