Can you eat on the buses?

What I would like to do for breakfast is just buy some bagels or muffins at the POP food court and then eat them on the bus on the way to the park.

Do they allow food and drink on the bus?

This would be a nice timesaver, I think. But I don't want to plan on it if it's not allowed.

A Disney bus driver posted on this a while back. The response was no you can't eat on the buses due to the fact that spills/crumbs attrack bugs.

Keep in mind, too, that you may not have a seat.

You might want to consider bringing some granola/energy bars from home. Those are super easy to eat while waiting at the bus stop or walking from the bus to the gates.
