In my experience, Disney Visa incentives come with a name attached to them so that only the person/family that the offer was sent to can use it. Sorry.

Contact Chase either through messaging on their website or via phone. Express interest in the Disney rewards card, but do not apply. In about a week you should see an application in the mail with the $200 offer. This worked for me and my cousin.

She'll get a $100 statement credit after the first use. Then have her send an email via the website, citing precedent of other new members receiving a "$200 enrollment bonus", and requesting 100 Disney Reward Dollars be added to your account. It just worked for me. From start (apply on that link) to finish (100 Disney Rewards Dollars appear in account) in about 2 weeks.

Thank you all that replied! Ironically I came home from work to find the $200 offer in my mailbox. Must have been ESP!
