Can my Dis freinds help me out?

Leaving in a couple of weeks and after scouring the menus and reviews I just have 2 questions left:

Has anyone tried the Hudson Valley Foie Gras at C.G? Wondering if it really good, as I like to try new and exciting things.

Also...I am a meat/Fish lover (Ok...pretty much love all food in general) , but sometimes I like a vegi meal. Anyone tired the pesto Risotto at C.R.?

Yes, I've had it at the California Grill, and yes, it was excellent.

Yes I can tried it because of my mother and sister ordered it and Ill just put it like this:
If you want a plate of mush cooked in ear wax and a 7 pounds of bitter flavorings then get it. It was absolutely DISGUSTING. Do NOT NOT NOT get it. There wasn't even a vegetable or anything that you can eat of the plate. It looks like vomit.
