Hello all!
I just started Atkins today and would love to get one of those wonderful banners that everyone has that tells how much they have lost, how do I get one? Not that I've lost anything yet...just thinkin ahead!!

My husband and I both started today so it will be easier since I don't have to buy seperate food for each of us!

You'll be able to do it. It's not hard at all. There's a thread at the top of the board here that explains it all.

Hi Stacey! So glad to have you here with us at WISH! I am not doing Atkins, but so many here are and they all have such great advice about that program! It seems as though induction is the hardest part of Atkins, so hopefully it will go quick for you! It also seems that everyone loses so much weight during that induction period, and that is bound to be motivating!

Check out my new clippie!!
I woke up this morning and when I realized I was 5 pounds down the first thought was......a new clippie...YES!!! LOL

DH is down almost 10 already!

I also posted our before photo into the WISH photo album thread, it is a pic from our WDW honeymoon in Sept 2001.

Thank you to everyone for all the support and help you have already given me, I look forward to my next Clippie!
