Can I access the AP site with "voucher"?

I thought I saw that option on the web page but the numbers I key in it states "does not match out records'?

That keeps happening to me as well. I know you can, but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I have a Military voucher from Shades of Green and had the exact same problem. Thanks to a wonderful poster on a different thread this is what I did.

I think its that you shouldn't enter your tran # at all. I don't know if you have a tran # w/ your tickets, but if you do, don't enter that part. Also, you can call Disney's tech dept. and they will help you out. (407) 939-7765

I had to call for tech help. The technician talked me through it and it still didn't work. So she took my e-mail address and worked it remotely. I am now registered and planning our while trip. Give the tech dept. a call.

Call Disney reservations if you are trying to get an AP discount that came out today.

If you want to access the passholders site call the technician department number in my prior post.
