Can FP be changed if trip dates change?

Not sure which board to post this on, but we are planning a March trip to WDW. I received my tickets today, and since we are staying onsite, I know I can book my FP now, and I want to do it before the 30-day window starts for offsite guests. But a work conflict might push our trip to May or October. I just want to make sure - I would be able to change my FP to those other months, right? It won't mess with my tickets, right? Thank you.

1. This is the right place!

2. You can ALWAYS change your FP+, even day-of.
(That's not to say that you will still be able to get every attraction that you want
and/or at the time of day that you want.)

3. Nope.

The only thing that FP+ has to do with a ticket is that you must HAVE a ticket to be able
to MAKE FP+ reservations.
