I've been told that you can call 180 days ahead for ressies for your TS meals and that is for anybody who wants to eat at WDW. IF you are a guest at a WDW resort then it's 180 days plus 10. Does this mean that since we're in a WDW resort we can call and book 190 days out? Sorry if it's a stupid question, but I'm not sure just what they mean by the '10 day advantage'. Thanks.

No, what it means is that if you're staying on property you can call (or go online) 180 days before your arrival date and book ADRs for that date and up to 10 days after that date. Where the advantage is then is that someone who is not staying on property can only book 180 days out from the specific date they want an ADR for. So in other words, someone who is not staying on property and wants to book an ADR for say the fourth day of their trip would have to wait until they're 180 days out from the fourth day of their trip, while someone who's staying on property can make an ADR for the fourth day of their trip when they're 180 days out from the first day of their trip.
