Julia, I thought of you last week when I went to the dry cleaners because the young girl working there had on a "The Early November" t-shirt. I hope you enjoy those last few concerts.

I haven't been on here in a while, but I did enjoy the last real shows in philly in April, also I enjoyed the show they did at bamboozle on may 6th just so they won't be to sad at there last show, they did bamboozle for a fun last show.

I'm going to that concert a bunch of boardies from the TEN boards are going and we are all meeting up for like the 20th time this year. We are also gonna be there to see Brand New on the 28th

Long time no talk....I miss you all!!!

Andy John and I will be at the Borgata this Saturday for a Steely Dan Concert! Such a coincidence! Hope Angelina has a great time at the show!

I am soooooo jealous. I love Steely Dan.

Andy......the Newark Star Ledger newspaper had a review of Gwen's show at the PNC Bank Center (I still call it the Garden State Arts Center). The review was positive. They mentioned that Gwen doesn't have the strongest voice but puts on a good show. Only sad thing was that she didn't sing any No Doubt songs but mentioned her next album will be with the No Doubt guys.

Right now we have a beef with DCL for our August cruise. We have always booked our air through Disney and they have always put us on a non-stop Continental flight to/from Newark.

Until now. They booked us on a flight with a change of planes!!!! My TA was livid and called DCL to complain. DCL said they can change our flights for a $50 per person fee!!!!

No way. We had our TA cancel the DCL flight and book directly with Continental. Surprise, surprise....the cost was almost exactly the same. The only thing is that we are getting to Orlando rather late in the afternoon. Good thing we're doing the land portion first.

On the plus side....DCL mailed us a really nice looking travel kit along with a letter telling you all the important dates like when you can make your online ressies and when the final payment is due.

I don't remember getting anything like that for our cruise.

Otherwise all is well here...keeping busy with little league.

Hazel got a call from the school nurse at 12:30 this afternoon, our poor baby is so sick. Hazel was able to get Angelina in to see the doc at 3:30 and came home with three new prescriptions. Angelina's allergies are really BAD this year and I'm not surprised as I usually don't suffer with pollen, but I'm even having trouble as of late. Angelina is in bed and Hazel just left to pick up the new meds, I sure hope they kick in fast, the concert is only 4 days away.

everyone I know is having problems with allergies this year, I am fine with mine though since I get allergie shots and they work. I have a pretty busy couple weeks

I'm so glad you mentioned the allergies this year because I'm feeling them for the first time in my life. No kidding. Its watery eyes for me. I thought maybe I had an eye infection because they get so red (someone made the wisecrack to me that I should lay off the alcohol in the morning ).

I hope Angelina responds quickly to the meds.....

Jules.....tell us how the Fall Out Boy concert goes.....that looks like a good one.

Thanks!!! The new allergy meds are doing the trick!!!

Angelina is at the Gwen Stefani concert tonight in Atlantic City, the concert is set to start in about 15 minutes. Angelina can't believe the day of the concert finally arrived, she's been so excited all day!!!

Angelina had the best time ever. Angelina said she was so close to the stage that when Gwen Stefani came out she (Angelina) nearly started crying.

When we picked Angelina up, she gave me the biggest hug and whispered in my ear, "Thanks so much for letting me go to the concert" with those words, I got all choked up.

I think I am going take Alexandra to see Carrie Underwood at the NYS fair this year. It will be her first concert and I am excited to see how much she loves it. She is a little young but she loves Carrie Underwood.

I am so glad that Angelina loved the concert. I actually wouldn't mind going to see her either but I would feel really old there!

My niece who is 32 went with Angelina, and she loved the concert as much as Angelina did. They both said there were groups of families there with younger kids as well.
