Calling All 8/19/06 Special Western Cruisers! AKA "The Cruisin' Castaways" Part 2

Hello everyone!!

Don't mean to drive you all crazy, but we are back on board!!! We decided to go after all. We are still going down to WDW in June with family but we will be coming back down again to Fl. in Aug. for the cruise. We realized we just couldn't cancel and we sacrifice and change to an inside room instead of the vernadah room to save us more money to put toward the cruise. My Dh and I just could not think of not cruising with some of the fools friends that we met on the Repo cruise and had a AWESOME TIME with them. We are also looking forward to meet many of you too..

Hi, Everyone just checking in with all my friends.

Andy I know it was a hard decision not to go on the cruise. It was something I thought about for weeks but in the end I know I made the only choice possible. But I will truly miss all of my friends, old and new ones.

Darlene, Wow such great news. I can't wait for the day I'll be a grandmom. My oldest is 25 but all he thinks about is work and making money right now. Hopefully he will meet someone soon!!!

Doreen: Hope you feel better soon! Rest up and take it easy. Tell Karen I said hello.

Terri: Glad to see that you have booked another trip to Disney in May. You will love the POFQ it is small the POR so it is easier to navigate.

I just booked a trip for Nov 23rd - Dec 3rd next year for Bob and I hopefully we will be able to make it, but it is a long ways off only time will tell. We will go down Thanksgiving night after dinner. Staying at the Beachclub Concierge for 3 nights and then the Polynesian. We have decided to skip concierge there because I have heard really bad things about them lately.

I could use my good friends right now. Please keep our family in your prayers we are going through a really bad situation right now that is really stressing me to the max.

Bob lawsuit has been postponed again (Just the icing on the cake this year). First it was supposed to be August 05, then Nov. 28th and then Feb. 20th now they have postponed it to June 12th. I think that is going to be our lucky date and we will finally be able to put this behind us and move on.

Well I guess I have rambled on enough. I just needed to vent alittle.

Joanna: Don't you leave on your Costa Cruise soon? Have a great time and let us know how it goes.

I noticed a few people saying they will be cancelling their reservation for this cruise.
We are desperately seeking a Category 1-2-3 stateroom that will sleep 5.

So, if you are cancelling a cat 1-2-3 stateroom on this cruise, would you please PM me so I can ask my travel agent to be on the lookout for it?

Kids are busy with REGENTS this week and midterms so my peace and quiet for the day is over.. Went to the Doctor yesteday and not to happy with my fast weight loss.. 12 lbs in 10 days.. Feels good,.. but not the best way to do it I guess,,lol
I am not absorbing the foods after being in the hospital...I have to be better for the CRUISE... I Have to have my 2 lobster tails and meet BOBBY And CINDY for LUNCH...

Welcome to all the new people.. I have a soon to be 13 yr old son.. and 16 yr old daughter soon to be 17.. (both have bdays in APRIL) and they are counting down now..

We are expecting some bad weather here tomorrow So stay warm...

Andy, I already PM'd this poster with the information as requested. Unfortunately we had to cancel. Originally, we asked DCL to book us within a specific timeframe. DCL, however, booked us outside the timeframe given. We've been holding out hoping that we could still go but oldest ds will be heading off to college the last week of August. I am so bummed but I know that some people will be very happy when they get news that a Cat. 2 opened up for two separate cruises.

Hi All; Greetings from VA!!!!!

Been a while since I last posted! 29 weeks sounds much closer than 6 months, 2 Weeks, 3 days, XX minutes...!!!

This will be our second cruise on the Magic. DS13 is very excited about being a "teenager" in the Stack this time around. He would love to email other DIS'ers kids going on this trip. Please PM me if you (and your young teen) are interested.

Meanwhile, I'm busy looking at cruise menus and planning my culinary vacation!!!

Just stopping by to say a quick hello while I'm home for lunch on this Friday.

The rain has stopped the is shining, the temp is 62* and my taxes are all done. Now if only I were still going on the cruise all would be right with the world!!!

I was able to get my mom's water pump and water tank replaced last week after my cruise deposit $$ was put back in my account. Now, thanks to Uncle Sam and my Income Tax Refund, I can work on getting her furnace replaced.
