Calling Ahead

We are booked (2 2br villas) for HHI at the end of the month. I would like to call ahead to see if I can request that we be in the same building if possible.

Do I call the resort directly, or member services? How many days out should I do this?

Only requests that are received by Member Services are given consideration. When you give Member Services your requests put them in priority order. For example 1) Non-Smoking 2) Near "Name" 3) Top Floor. Requests can be made at booking or any time after that.

DVC usually makes an effort to keep parties near each other if requested.

Requests should be placed at the time the reservation is made. If you want to make requests, MS is the place to do it.
