Thats the way we like it too, Jasper Whites does
a good one. At WDW Il Mulino and Mangino's have
very good ones but without the RI style. I never
understood Fulton's Crab House, they are always
waving how fresh thier seafood is and then what
do they do? They serve this silly looking sticks of
squid that has been processed to death! oh well.
Narcoossee's had calamari with pepper rings, and it was only lightly breaded and not greasy at all. It does have tentacles, though, but if you're an afficionado, you probably know that! I had never seen it like that until DH got it, and said it was just like what he had in Italy. I ate the rings and he had the whole "creatures"!
