Cabo: Coastal Highlights Tour Anyone do it??

I know that Deb's board has a review of the Mexican Cruise that includes a description of this specific excursion (this is the one with the boat and bus tour of Cabo, correct?).

This was the excursion we did in 2005 and our entire party enjoyed it. Our daughter was seven and she liked it all. I particularly loved the little city we visited outside Cabo. It had some nice shops and was very quaint. We stopped at a restaurant with a beautiful view, and the glass shop was fun too. It was a little pricey but we did buy a few special pieces. I bought some pretty glass flowers, a lovely angel and my daugter got a glass dolphin. The catcus garden was interesting and enjoyable. Our tour guide was great...as were all our tour guides in each city. The bus was wonderful too. We went in August and it was HOT and I loved the bus rides.
We prefer the city tours and are sad that nothing really new is offered in this area. Almost all of the excursions this summer are very outdoorsy, athletic type excursions. We are going on our own so we don't have to just repeat. I really wish Disney could add some cultural or city scenic tours for those of us that would enjoy that sort of excursion.
I do think your whole family would see a lot and enjoy this one!

Glad to hear a good review on this excursion RiversCruise. I have booked this for my DH, MIL and myself, and my DS will be doing the teen surfing excursion. After hearing such terrible reviews on the Acapulco excursion that we were going to take, it's good to hear that we at least chose well on this one!

We did this in 2005 too. I thought it was a great way to see the area for our first time.
