cab from Saratoga to Sea World

So we dont want a car for this quick trip and I always thought it was cheaper to go with Mears but called to confirm and was told only $17-$19 cab fare. I thought it would be much higher than that. Is Saratoga that much closer to Sea World than I thought?

It's probably going to be more like $20 to $25, plus tip. It's just a little under 7 miles - quite a bit closer than most places in WDW.

We stayed at Saratoga last summer and used public transportation, the Lynx bus. There is a bus stop right across from Downtown Disney. We walked as if we were going to Downtown and then crossed the street to the bus stop. It was maybe $2 per person each way and we were there in about 20 minutes. It dropped us right at the Sea World Parking lot.

In 2011, we went from OKW (pretty close to Saratoga) to Discovery Cove (right by Sea World) and it was in the low 20's on the way there and I think 18 or 19 on the way back.

Just checked my bus schedule from last summer and it was the #50. As I said we got on across from the Market Place however there is another stop on the West Side.
