Cab fare to Universal Studios??

I haven't done it yet, but will on our trip next month. On the Mears website, they have a cab fare estimator, as taxi cabs are one of their transportation options. The fare estimator says $34 for Disney to Universal. If that's accurate, or even within $10, it'll be cheaper to do that than to ride the Mears shuttle, which is shared. You can also make advance reservations for a Mears taxi on their website.

Actually, cheaper or not depends on how many people in your party. The shuttle is less personal, sure, but it's about $19 per person round trip. At about $40 each way, a taxi is only cheaper if you have more than four people in your party.

That $109 isn't just for transportation, it also included park entry!! I believe the cost has now gone up to $119 to cover the increase in park passes at US/IoA.
The r/t cost for the Mears shuttle is $19 pp.

aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh Ok will have to read it and go over it ... so the $119 includes ticket for both park!!! Hmmmm thanks! Thats what happens when you speed read!
