Buying direct tomorrow: BRV or CCV

I am signing the contract today for BRV! Although CC might be better it is a little too rich for my blood right now. I needed a lot of points. lol

I know CCV is converted hotel rooms...and you dont have to go outside of the Lodge like you do with BRV....but.....I like the layout of BRV much better than CCV.....and dues are less..I would go with BRV resale.....myself.....(We own at BWV 21yrs...).

we may be looking to sell our OKW contract and buy resale BRV. We want the 2042 end date, many couples dont want the hassle of dealing with a longer contract. checking into the current prices on contracts.

I really wanted CCV for the contract life (we are in our mid-late 30s), but we are a family of 5. Instant deal-breaker unfortunately. The cost of entry for us at CCV is a 2-BR....so we ended up with BRV. I think it will be beautiful after the hard refurb and fingers crossed for some kind of extension or owner discount in 2042.
