Buying diapers/wipes on property?

I got to wondering... is there anywhere on property that I can buy a pack of diapers and a pack or two of wipes? (and maybe some juice boxes?)

I'm sure if they sell them, they'll be mega expensive, but the Garden Grocer and WeGoShop delivery fees might just negate any savings by using them, since we're basically ordering just that- diapers, wipes, maybe some juice boxes.

I've seen them in the baby care centers but they were ridiculous- think $8 for 3 diapers, and that was a few years ago. I would think that if you throw in some snacks for the room, maybe a case or two of water as well, that you will very easily make up the fees for a delivery service.

Or you could always mail yourself a package to the resort and have them waiting for you.

When we went last time, I mailed a box to myself at the resort that had diapers, wipes and some snacks. I shipped it through UPS and just put our reservation number and hold for arrival on the box. When we checked-in the box was waiting for us.

I second the ship a box ahead of time. We did it last year and it worked very well! Especially for 'consumable' items that you won't be bringing home.

The package of diapers we saw in the baby care centers had maybe 10 in it (the basic SMALL pack) and it was EXPENSIVE!! I don't remember how much, but we made due until we left the park that day. (had a car and rental home, so it was easy to hit a Walgreens on the way home)

Sorry I am not much help. I think I am gonna order from Garden Grocer, diapers, wipes, swim diapers, apple juice boxes, case of water and some snacks like crackers. When I add it all up it will be worth it.

I have seen the mailing package idea quite frequently on here and this year I am treating my niece and her two children to WDW, actually 8/09, and we were just discussing that last night. I am going to send diapers, wipes, drinks, and snacks to the resort, especially with the extra costs at the airlines these days!

You can also buy most supplies at DVC resorts, or even in regular resort gift shops...it might be priced at a premium though. We usually make a quick run to CVS or Walgreens before we check in for the things that we don't want to pack.

Ship or buy from Wego/garden grocer. Prices are outrageous and they usually only have 3 packs..even at the DVC resorts.

My sister made the mistake of not packing enough once..we went to a bunch of resorts and had a heck of a time finding more than the 3 pack.

garden grocer only charges $12 for delivery, probably less than shipping would be and you can order snacks ,juice boxes and water,too.

We are planning on using Garden Grocer to buy diapers, wipes, water, milk, formula, ect. My sister and I are splitting the $12 delivery fee and we will have much more room in our suitcases this way!
