Buying a resale with banked points at BCV

The banked points are from 2006 with a UY of February. Is it correct that these points will expire in February 2008?

February 2006 points banked into 2007 will expire on January 31, 2008.

Make sure you understand the origin of the points.

If they are 2005 points that were banked into 2006, then they will expire 1/31/2007.

If they are 2006 points that were banked into 2007, then they cannot be used before 2/1/2007, and will expire if not used by 1/31/2008.
