After reading some posts from people that weren't able to get AP rates, I got a little worried. A little Background:

we already have the Poly booked for 8 nights, and POR for 5 nights for Sept. If AP rates come out and I'm at work, and can't call until I get home at 6PM (ET) and I pretty much out of luck? All i wanna do is apply the code to my existing ressies.
is there a set # of rooms avail with AP rates, or since I already have the rooms booked, do i not really need to worry about it?

Have DU or some other such reputable company handle it for you. That is your best bet if you don't want the headache or just won't be around to do it yourself.

I just found out about the code when I got home from work at 6:15 p.m. I called to get my reservation changed over to the AP rate. I had to hold for 40 minutes or so, but I was able to get the AP rate. Perhaps it will work for you too!

That was the boat I was in today. By the time I called, there were no rates at the moderates. Oh well. I'll try again, but there's no WAY I can do it every day. I have a feeling I'll be paying a pretty penny for this trip.

There are only a certain number of rooms at each resort. Having a reservation already does not guarantee that the code can be "applied" to it.
A room has to be available in order for you to get the discount
