Can you catch a bus to a different resort from the TTC?

I'm 99% certain the answer to your question is no. In my opinion, the TTC should be re-named the MK parking lot.

No buses from the TTC to the resorts.

If you want to catch a bus to a resort (other than the monorail resorts) you'll need to take the ferry or monorail to the MK and walk over to the MK bus stops.
