That particular bus stops into Blizzard Beach on the way from Studios to AK Lodge. For me, it took a total of 15 minutes for the trip, each way.
If your PS is at 5:30, I'd be out at the Studios bus stop area around 4:45. The reason being, just in case you missed the bus, there might be a 15 minute wait. Plus, walk time from the bus stop to Boma, and you should get there with plenty time to spare.
It's always best to be early... it will give you time to explore AK Lodge!
