i'm very upset. paid off our cruise. now on the web site they have changed my room from 8100 (cat 3 handicap) to 8046 without even calling to tell us--had i not noticed this--what a surprise when we get on board and go to the wrong room! not very happy
. not even an i'm sorry from DREAMS UNLIMITED (for not notifing me). the agent was very cold. might even consider canceling the cruise. . .
. i paid a heck of a lot of money for this trip and noone even called to let me know they were changing my room--very poor customer service if you ask me!

It really stinks that you were not notified of this change. Is it possible that some who needed a handicapped room booked the cruise and disney had to take it away from you? also, i would think that it would be disney's responsibility to notify your TA and your TA should have notified you. Can you call disney directly to see what happened?
I hope you don't cancel because of this. maybe 8046 will turn out to be a nice room. won't your family be disappointed. Our DDs just started emailing each other and I know melanie is looking forward to meeting hannah.
