Bring food/snack onboard

You can bring a soft sided cooler aboard. But no ice.

Sealed, prepackaged snacks are allowed.

Beverages can be carried onboard.

If you have a medical condition and you need to carry something other than sealed prepackaged snacks aboard, or you need to carry something packed in ice, I'd get in touch with DCL.

I'm wondering the same thing about water bottles. I want to bring some on but I don't want to lug them around with me for a few hours in a carryon. On different sites I have seen the following: someone's pic of their checked baggage sitting curbside at port ready for pick up, and they had a large case of water with their luggage. I also read someone told the guy taking checked baggage that they had water bottles in one of the checked bags and he said it's ok. But I also remember from our last cruise those same guys letting us know they didn't work for Disney and that basically they'd like tips. Which means they might say it's ok, but once that baggage does make it to disney workers, the water will be confiscated. Can anyone else chime in with what you know about this or tips on lugging a case of water on board yourself?

Disney's rule is that you must carry beverages onboard yourself. Yes, that means you have to lug it around until your stateroom is ready. The water MIGHT be confiscated. DCL reserves the right to do that.

Checked luggage is not treated gently, so you could also have burst or leaking bottles.
