Breaking Down and Buying Alli today..

other than the obvious side effects is there anything I should know? Without sounding crude, will I "go" to the bathroom more than normal because of Alli or will it be the same, just greasy?

Anything else?

If you stick to a lowfat diet, as they suggest to you; then you should notice a minimal amount of issues. The Alli program is something you must take seriously unless you want problems. To answer your question, it won't necessarily be more than normal--if you stay on the right diet.

Just make sure to wear a diaper incase you leak. I would try anything/everything else before Alli - not worth a poopie pant moment!

I have used it successfully, and it really does seem to give the diet a little turbo boost.

But, that being said, even on a low fat diet, there are sometimes unpleasant "surprises."
