I made ADRs for Oct now the question is, will we keep them?

The 14th I have HoB, of course. I made dinner resies. I hope my entire family will be represented there with me!

Our next weekend trip is Oct 14-17.

In part this weekend was picked when dh got a job transfer in August. This weekend is also very special to us because DIS friends that we had the opportunity to meet on our summer vacation up north will be on their daughter's Lisa, MAW trip. Link to Lisa's MAW trip.

Due to Anakin's Epilepsy and sensory issues, we will mostly be winging it. We do have a few plans though.

Day 1:

Captains Grille for breakfast!! YUM!!! Link to pics of Captain's Grille

50's Prime Time for lunch, but this may be cancelled if we are too full from breakfast.

House of Blues for supper. (This ADR is very important to us. Rachel, Lisa's sister will be performing at HoB!!! Our ADR is for 7:30 and I sure hope we are seated before her performance around 8pm!! Video to how wonderful Rachel is on the guitar can be viewed on blessedmom's PTR linked above!)

Not sure if this will be our one and only time meeting up with blessedmom's family or not. Anakin is very much so looking forward to seeing Lisa and Rachel!! He very quickly formed a bond with them in June.

5 Weeks Away!!!

I think a carriage ride sounds lovely!

I do too!! I'm very excited about this. I am super allergic to horses, but we went on a carriage ride in St. Augustine and I did fine. I will come armed with wet wipes and keep a change of clothes in the car for just in case.

Well that IS a dilemma! You HAVE to cheer for them to win! We would understand...but if they win, does that mean you will be there and not Disney? I hate for you to miss out o your vacation!

The transfer was the best thing for your ENTIRE family! Stress at work is the worst! I am sure Goofy is MUCH happier at home too! EXCELLENT news about the BP!!!

The only person missing would be Grumpy. We will take 2 cars to Disney. Anakin has been watching the videos of Rachel and Lisa. Goofy and I both discussed the stimulation at HoB and we think him knowing and being excited to see everyone will drown out the stimulation.

There has been one big downside to the transfer and it will require some sacrifice, but trying to still manage to keep the trips!

I know you will love your new experiences at AKL and OKW!!!! AKL is just a hop, skip and a jump away from CSR. You can hop in the car and hop on your hammock!! I'd be willing to bet there will be a stroll around the lake at some point in your trip!!
