Mine was an actual email (from Disney Destinations) that I received while I was there. It had a 3 letter code (which I don't remember).

I called the # and asked and was given the discount. I didn't recieve an email for any offers while I was there.

Would love this offer! We are there in 25 days, but would love to visit again next year to celebrate my college graduation!

I called today and got 35% off for the BC in aug 2012 and the poly in Dec 2012. I did not get a pin or e-mail. There was no info on bounceback offers in the room or posted anywhere else. I just called the front desk and asked about bouceback offers. They connected me to reservations. They did not ask me for a pin.

I've seen other posts on the resort boards saying they were told there was no bounceback offer when they called so I'm not sure what is up with that. Maybe it depends on how you booked your current stay. Mine was booked on a similar room only discount.
