Bounceback in November?

Are bounceback offers available when staying in November? From what I've read, it seems as though the offers are only available when staying at a resort during the free dining. Please enlighten me!

Yes, there have been some BB offered to resort guests in November, though not Free Dining BB.

The BB offered during the Free Dining periods are always to be able to book Free Dining again for the next year - but the BB that run at other times (when available) are usually for room discounts (no free dining included).

For example, here's a BB offer that came out at the end of last October/ first of November last year (after the FD BB expired) and was offered to guests until at least the end of December, so you can hope there will be a similar one this year - of course it will show different dates, etc., but you can get a general idea of what might be offered:

Beginning toward the end of last October/first of November 2007 the Bounceback for guests staying at WDW resorts was for room discount incentives to book ahead for these dates: 12/9/07-12/15/07, 1/6/08-2/2/08, 2/24/08-3/1/08, 3/30/08-4/21/08, 8/10/08-9/27/08.
