Boulder Dash vs EE

We have ridden both coasters many times. If you can ride Boulder Dash multiple times then EE is no problem. The wooden coaster makes more noise, is crazy on the return trip with all the humps and your flying through the trees.

Expedition Everest has some fast sections but is nothing like the out of control feeling of Boulder Dash.

I rode Boulder Dash for the first time this past weekend. Fast and rickety...
A little (well, a lot) too rickety for me to do with any frequency; I was afraid my back was going to go at any minute! My wife and brother would not be able to ride it as they have neck/headache and back surgery issues, respectively.
I screamed myself hoarse! Fun as heck though.

I think EE looks way more daunting but is much more of an "easy" coaster. You should be fine.

Yeah, and those turns were pretty harsh, too. And out of control is a GREAT way to describe BD. I loved it, but after riding it I felt like it was a miracle the thing didn't smash through or off the track and go careening off into the woods at many points.

There was a bit of misinformation in this thread (but also some factual information)... So, for what it's worth, here are the RCDB entries for both coasters. Everest is both not as high and not as fast as Boulder Dash. Tell the kids to hop on and enjoy the Yeti!
