I'm not even sure this is doable, we are 5 people and I'm traveling with 4 adult children (21 down) I booked a club room for 5 at Portofinao; now I'm thinking I want my own room to get away LOL; if I book a req room at Portofino (what's available now) can I check into both rooms so I can get club access? I don't want to pay $$ and lose club access by doing this just because I want to go away.

I can understand the need to get away. :) You can definitely book more than one room in your name - I have done it for family traveling with us. I believe I gave them just my ID at check-in for both rooms and told them the names of the people staying in the other room I was checking in, as they were flying in later. You can certainly check all 5 of you into the club room (I'm sure you know there are extra adult fees over 2). What I am not sure of is if you can list yourself as a guest in both rooms - probably, but I would be tempted to use a different name like my middle name on the 2nd room to avoid the confusion of 2 room keys with the same name to juggle. (Or the people working the front desk may be able to advise you, they are generally pretty nice and accommodating if you explain)

Thank you that's a great idea!

Now that I think about it, we may have had 1 DD listed on 2 rooms. When we arrived both DD's were in our 2nd booked room, after a few days DD1's DH flew in and they had a separate (3rd) room, and DD2's BF arrived and was added to our other room.
